I started my training in the 90’s with Karate and Lau Gar Kung fu, moving onto Kempo Jujitsu where I became an instructor teaching at multiple schools locally, nationally and internationally - putting me into contact with some of the world’s finest combat instruction and spending six years testing my arts in no rules environments. Looking for a deeper connection to the arts, I contacted a local school of Taoist artsin Scotland, where I became a closed door disciple learning and teaching a variety of disciplines including Fuzang Anmo, Daoyin Yangsheng Gong, Internal Alchemy, conditioning and Wudang Kung Fu, traveling on numerous occasions to China to learn at the source along with representing the school during many national and international seminars. I started training with Sifu Andrew Jackson around 9 years ago, before creating Mindful Internal Arts, which through hard work and dedication has proudly become the home and representative of Little Nine Heaven, in Scotland. We operate a three tier model of mind, body and spirit cultivation as a catalyst for balanced and structured growth, maintaining the purity of all systems taught under the Little Nine Heaven banner. I am currently continuing to study Little Nine Heaven Wu Tao, Shih Shui Kung and Meditation and Tzu Men Chuan alongside practicing and teaching Splashing Hands System, Hsing-I Chuan, Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung. I look forward to developing and growing the skills that can be offered through the Little Nine Heaven lineage and continue to promote it here in Scotland in the future.
